1 Manciata di Bacche di Goji
10 Mandorle
1 Cucchiaino di semi di Chia
1/2 limone
Spremere il pompelmo in un frullatore ed aggiungere tutti gli altri ingredienti, frullare e consumare al
momento. Colazione o merenda cruda, antiossidante, ricca di minerali e vitamine, nutriente e anti-fame.
